Mitchie (Demi Lovato) knows she’s got what it takes to take the music world by storm. Her dream of spending a summer at exclusive Camp Rock seems to be coming true when her mother gets them both jobs at the camp as cooks. Arriving with stars in her eyes, Mitchie finds her confidence shaken by the stiff competition, especially when it comes to getting the attention of teen pop star Shane (Joe Jonas), the camp’s celebrity instructor.
